Montreal, Quebec, the 20th of November 2020 – Vantage Logistics Services is proud to announce Manbir Johal as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
As an outcome of Vantage Logistics Services’ progressive growth since Johal joined the company in 2013, he will be stepping forward as the company’s first CEO at 27 years old. Johal will primarily focus on expanding the company’s services and aim towards new geographical opportunities outside their current delivery locations in Canada and the USA.
During his time as Vice-President of the company, Johal started a promising team that supported him through diverse milestones, a vision he had when he was just a University student at John Molson School of Business obtaining his Bachelor’s in Commerce. From starting multiple branches within the company such as local, warehousing, brokerage, and USA divisions, Vantage Logistics also took on real estate holdings and currently specializes in entertainment freight.
The company originally began their operations with 4 trucks, and now they own a fleet of 150 trucks. This business growth led towards a major turning point last year in 2019 when they relocated from a 90, 000 sq. ft. terminal to a bigger terminal measuring 280,000 sq. ft. in Dorval, Quebec.
As Johal takes on his new role, Executive Vice President, Jazz Inder Singh said, “I feel confident that Manbir is going to make an amazing CEO. He has worked harder than anyone I know to bring us where we are today.”
